To enable YouTube live on mobile devices, Google now requires that channels have at least 1,000 subscribers. The previous rule required 10,000 subscribers.

In addition to having “YouTube’s solid infrastructure,” YouTubers can apply special filters during broadcasts and interact with fans through Super Chat .
The live streaming option is available for verified channels and those that have no live streaming restrictions in the last 90 days.
